This Privacy Policy explains how the Global Luva App Mobile application by GLOBAL RUSH, TOV handles information. It applies to the Android version of the application distributed through Google Play.

How the App Works

Global Luva App Mobile is a home-garden and plant-care companion. It offers on-device tools: a plant list where you add your plants with a watering interval and a light level; a watering calculator that estimates how much water a pot needs from its diameter and soil type; a garden journal where you record short growth notes; and a care guide with seasonal tips. Everything you enter is kept on the device.

Data Stored on Your Device

The plants you add, the journal notes you write and your in-app preferences are saved locally in the application's private storage using standard Android SharedPreferences. The "Clear local data" action on the Settings screen removes these items, and uninstalling the application removes them together with the application package.

Promotional Content

The application may present promotional offers from third-party partners. When such an offer is available, the application opens it in your device's default web browser. These destination pages are operated by independent third parties and are governed by their own privacy policies. To prepare and measure this content, the application uses the components listed below.

Advertising

The application includes the Unity Ads SDK to deliver advertising content. To present and measure advertisements, this component may access your device's advertising identifier and standard device and network attributes, in accordance with Unity's privacy policy.

Software Components

The Android build integrates the following components, each governed by its own provider's privacy policy:

Google Play Services — standard Android system integration required for Google Play distribution and runtime checks.
Google Fonts — the Quicksand and Work Sans typefaces are bundled inside the application package as local font files.
Firebase Analytics — provides an anonymous application-instance identifier and aggregate, non-identifying usage measurement supplied automatically by the Google Firebase platform.
Firebase Cloud Messaging — enables the application to receive push notifications; it registers an anonymous device messaging token with the Firebase platform.
Firebase Remote Config — retrieves configuration values from the Firebase platform so that content and settings can be adjusted without an application update.
Unity Ads SDK — delivers advertising content and may access the device advertising identifier for that purpose.

Device Information

To determine whether the device is provisioned for mobile service, the application reads the SIM card and network state from the Android system. This check is performed on the device to decide what content is appropriate to display and is not stored by GLOBAL RUSH, TOV.

Children's Use

The application is intended for users aged sixteen and older.
